Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, however during sale time please allow extra days . If you would like a status update on the delivery of your order you can check its progress by using the tracking number you will find in your shipping confirmation email. Please also check your junk box.
How do I return my order?
Please kindly review our Returns page on our website for full information. To create a return, visit our Returns Centre by clicking here and follow the steps. Please then wait for an email to be sent to your inbox which will outline the next steps for your return. Also kindly ensure you check your junk box
When will I receive my refund?
You will be notified by email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
When will I receive my exchange?
Once we receive your return we will check if the item is available, and then dispatch your new item, and notify you by email. If the item is not available though, we will also be in contact to let you know.
What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customercare@marlokids.com if you need assistance with this.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or colour?
Exchanges can only be made for the same style and price of your original purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our Warehouse. Our Customer Care team will contact you regarding your exchange once it has been received.
No exchanges on international orders (outside of Australia).

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, colour or style. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!
How should I choose the best size for me?
You can reference our size guide here. Due to the nature of our product, each product silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please contact us at customercare@marlokids.com with your waist, hip, and bust measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
